The resulting 116,000 sq ft facility delivers a high-performance production environment specifically designed for the aviation industry. Achieving both BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings, the development combines operational functionality with outstanding sustainability credentials, providing the client with a future-ready facility that supports long-term business growth and environmental performance.
