Our expert engineers review the life span, condition and energy usage of existing Mechanical & Electrical Plant/Systems, and prepare PPM schedules for planned repairs, energy improvements and replacement over a fixed period.
Mechanical & Electrical Audits
Preparation of Mechanical & Electrical Audit and Compliancy checks on total building systems, ensuring our clients are fully aware of their legal responsibilities and works involved.
